FAR Ltd., Melbourne, has executed a sale and purchase agreement with Woodside Energy Ltd. for FAR’s 15% interest in the Rufisque, Sangomar and Sangomar Deep (RSSD) holdings (which include Sangomar oil field) offshore Senegal.
