Petróleo Brasileiro SA (Petrobras) closed the sale of its entire stake in the onshore fields of the Lagoa Parda Cluster in the state of Espírito Santo, near the city of Linhares, Brazil, to Imetame Energia Lagoa Parda Ltda.
