The Abu Dhabi National Oil Co. (ADNOC) has agreed to the transfer of rights in its Lower Zakum and Umm Shaif and Nasr offshore concessions from China National Petroleum Corp. (CNPC) to China National Offshore Oil Corp. subsidiary CNOOC Ltd. (CNOOC).
